What is the mental health check-up?

The check-up assesses your overall well-being, your level of functioning on a day-to-day basis, and symptoms that may lead you to experience distress. You will be asked a series of questions about your experiences, thoughts and feelings, exploring your level of risk for 13 mental health concerns.
