Sometimes we need reminders and guidance about how to structure and balance our time, so we don’t let the day slip away from us.

Here is a simple tool to help plan your day and encourage you to carve out regular intervals of time for yourself and your wellness.

The idea is that for each segment of time in your day, you plan the achievable goals or priorities you need to accomplish. These tasks are then paired with a short relaxation activity to follow, helping you balance your daily tasks with regular moments to relax, revive and make yourself a priority!
