Snapclarity is an online platform offering people an industry-leading mental health assessment, an actionable plan. Using the assessment results, we then link clients to a therapist that matches their personal needs, allowing them to connect with you through text messages and live video sessions as needed.

Assessment
We provide users with access to leading industry mental health assessments via our app. The assessments allow identification of mental health concerns.
Treatment Plan
Upon completion of the mental health assessment users receive a personalized treatment plan with detailed information about their risk levels for 13 primary mental health concerns and how to address them.
Matched Therapist
Clients are then matched with the perfect accredited and specialized therapist matching their personal needs.
Shared Treatment Plan
We provide the ability to share one’s treatment plan with his circle of care, as this reflects best practice and is highly recommended. Clients will, however, always have the ability to choose if they wish to do so or not.
Therapy Begins
Clients may start using their Snapclarity credits to chat with a registered therapist by text message or video anytime anywhere.

Regular Responses
Therapists respond 1-2 times per day, if not instantly. A video chat can be scheduled if the clients needs more assistance. Therapists will always get back to their clients within 24 hours.
Snapclarity Support for Therapists & Clients
Customer support is available to help answer questions about how the platform works and usage of our app.

We make sure you feel comfortable and safe with your therapist by having the proper privacy, security and anonymity.

Personal information will never be shared; not even with your therapist – unless you consent to share it.

Certain features relating to Snapclarity are indeed covered by private health insurance. Please consult your insurance benefit package to find out your coverage.

Snapclarity provides you with a detailed analysis of your mental health condition, and matches you to a therapist that best suits your needs. It will also use your assessment scores to offer you personalized self-help tools and information to empower you to get better as fast as possible. If you’re ever not satisfied with your therapist, you can easily change him by going in your account settings. To help us offer everyone the best possible experience with our platform and therapists, we suggest writing why you are switching therapist.

Cost

Snapclarity offers subscription-based therapy services. All of our subscriptions are automatically charged on a monthly basis. There are no contracts needed and clients can stop using the service at anytime.

The subscription costs $150/month and gives clients access to a therapist and the Snapclarity app. Services include :
• General assessment
• Personalized treatment plan
• Self-help tools
• 1 hour access to a licensed therapist in a private chat
room (unlimited text messages)

Snapclarity also offers Pay-As-You-Go therapy services, where a client’s account is automatically charged as they use the platform.

Pay-As-You-Go services include:
• Video/Audio/Text real-time chat with you – average cost of $150/hour session but you can set your own price.

We accept all major credit cards.

If there is something you believe we could do differently to improve your Snapclarity experience, please let us know by contacting us at info@snapclarity.com. Since we act as a platform for therapists to offer their services, refunds usually cannot be granted. However, it may happen on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if a refund is not granted, usually we are able to make accommodations some other way such as a credit for future service. Don’t be afraid to contact us if you are not satisfied – We are committed in offering everyone the best possible experience!

Privacy Questions

We partnered with Microsoft to make sure your and your clients information stays secured 24/7. Our platform runs firewalls, antimalware, intrusion detection and prevention systems. Your data is encrypted and will never be shared with anyone without your consent.

We never store any personal financial information ourselves. All payments are made through Stripe, a secured payment processor operating in more than 25 countries.

Signup, Consultation & Cancellation

Snapclarity is recognized for matching people to the right therapist. After you’ve completed your assessment, Snapclarity will search for the best therapist that matches your needs and connect you with him automatically. However, even though Snapclarity usually finds the right fit, you can always switch therapist at any time if you are not satisfied.

The first thing to do is fill out the sign up form, so we can process your request and sign you up on Snapclarity. Once you have your account, simply go on our Snapclarity application, and complete the assessment. You will then be able to go in a private chat room with a therapist that matches your needs.

Of course! You can cancel and stop your renewal at any time. Simply go in your account settings to do so. If you cancel before your plan expires, you will still have the remaining time you’ve already paid for.
